Handling knowledge

When you have knowledge, how do you share it?

Do you drop it upon someone, such that they feel its enormity?

Do you hand it to them so that they must carry it?

Or do you lay it at their feet, that they might explore it, learn from it … and perhaps stand upon it to climb higher?
